Fit before speed
A good search starts with your everyday life.
A real week, not a wish list
We structure fixed hours, variable edges and duties so candidates can properly assess the role.
Meaningful continuity
Experience, language use and approach are matched to your family life, not vague ideas of luxury.
From your calendar to a clear role
Three considered steps.
- 1
Map the day
Municipality, children, school and work journeys, and your weekly pattern.
- 2
Define the role
Duties, experience, languages, driving and budget become a robust brief.
- 3
Use your plan, enquire if you wish
Your plan appears immediately in your browser. If you send an enquiry, it goes to Nico Jaroszewski, who runs this independent planning service. It is not automatically forwarded to agencies.

Good to know
Questions before the search.
What does a strong childcare profile need?
Alongside hours and location, children’s ages, duties, languages, desired experience, driving, start window and a realistic budget are essential.
Is a part-time nanny possible?
Yes, you can plan a part-time role. Regular days, continuous hours and reachable locations make a search more specific. The profile does not indicate current nanny availability.
Do you place nannies directly?
This service provides information, budget planning and structured childcare requirements. There is currently no guaranteed placement service or published agency partnership. An enquiry is not a booking.
Can driving experience be part of the profile?
Yes. When school or activity journeys require a car, the licence, driving experience and vehicle arrangements are recorded explicitly in the brief.
