Calculations and forms
Calculations run in your browser and can be used without contact details. Form entries are not stored in cookies or local browser storage.
When you submit, we transmit your contact details and childcare requirements securely to our service and by email to info@aetherdigital.ch. We use them to process and respond to your enquiry. No placement or availability is guaranteed.
If you start an enquiry from a guide, we also send the article and contact-button identifiers to give your enquiry context. We do not collect external website addresses or advertising profiles for this purpose.
The family workbook can be downloaded without an email address. Once dismissed, its offer is not shown again during the same browser session; we store only a technical session preference for this purpose. Completed PDFs are not automatically sent to us.
Contact for nannies
The nanny form sends contact details, preferred cantons, experience, languages, availability, weekly hours and your optional message to the same inbox. Do not send sensitive documents or information about children, health or identity documents.
Spam and duplicate protection
On submission we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical browser and connection data. Our technical storage contains only hashed identifiers, counters and delivery status for up to 25 hours, without form contents. Technical backups may persist longer.
Email and retention
Emails to info@nanny-finden-zuerich.com are forwarded to info@aetherdigital.ch. Your enquiry remains in our email inbox as needed to handle it and maintain required records. You can request access, correction or deletion at info@aetherdigital.ch. There is no automatic sharing with placement agencies.
Hosting
Hosting, security checks and email transport use Cloudflare. Technical connection data is processed, potentially outside Switzerland, including in the United States. We use no advertising trackers or externally hosted fonts.
